There are many threads on this, already, by the way.

AIDA. THE WEDDING SINGER. SPRING AWAKENING.
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Grey Gardens is stunning.
"This table, he is over one hundred years old. If I could, I would take an old gramophone needle and run it along the surface of the wood. To hear the music of the voices. All that was said." - Doug Wright, I Am My Own Wife

I'd say FOLLIES and INTO THE WOODS...though SECRET GARDEN were pretty impressive.

And partly because I have a picture of my grandfather with a mountain of luggage posing beside the train, and standing on the carpet runner with the embroidered logo from the same period. The poster and that picture are melded in my head.

Sweeney Todd (both original and revival)
A Chorus Line (original)
A Little Night Music
Wicked (London) -- it looked much cooler with actual people.

re: Favorite Broadway Show Logo

Gotta say, even though it makes no sense and has little to do with the show, I love the Wicked logo.

Also like Grey Gardens, for purely aesthetic reasons - it also doesn't represent the show very well.

I liked the one for Never Gonna Dance.

I love Spring Awakening's and Aida's. I also think Piazza's is beautiful.

Les Mis' is iconic.

I like Miss Saigon, Wicked, and many others, for their pure clerverness.
The rain we knew is a thing of the past -
deep-delving, dark, deliberate you would say
browsing on spire and bogland; but today
our sky-blue slates are steaming in the sun,
our yachts tinkling and dancing in the bay
like racehorses. We contemplate at last
shining windows, a future forbidden to no one.
