Posted: 4/11/05 at 4:01pmThough many will argue, I think both CHICAGO and SWEENEY TODD would fall into the 'modern' category (though not as actress posted it...1990-2005). Some people will argue that the Golden Age ended with FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. Others with HAIR. Still others with FOLLIES. But certainly by 1976 we were out of what is considered the Golden Age.

Before 1990, such a random year by the way, I would say Les Miserables.
After 1990; well Les Miserables.
