A few of mine:
Bang! cut from A Little Night Music
Silly People cut from A Little Night Music
All Things Bright and Beautiful cut from Follies
Can That BOy Foxtrot cut from Follies
I know that it was put back in but "Out little world" is just so...lovely.

There's Always A Woman - Anyone Can Whistle
Bang! is great.
Does Marry Me a Little count since it was originally cut from Company? If so, that wins hands down.
Also, I THINK Can That Boy Foxtrot was cut - one of my favorite lyrics of all time.
I have tons, but one of my favorites that doesn't get much recognition is The Lame, the Halt and the Blind (cut from Anyone Can Whistle).

Marry Me A Little!
Surprised no one mentioned "There Must Be Trumpets". Also liked "There's Always A Woman" from the same show.
THere's a song from Big City Rhythm called "A Sondheim Song" from Big City Rhythm that includes the lines:
"I won't sing a Sondheim song
No I won't sing a Sondheim song
I'm aware that of late it's become standard practice
For singers who sing in such places to act as if they were the first
To follow the star
That led to the shrine
Of it's show repertoire
They know songs that he's cut by opening night
As well as the ones he has yet to write"
Just seemed somehow appropriate. :)

I like "Pleasant Little Kingdom" from FOLLIES - it was a duet for Ben and Sally that was a lead-in for "Too Many Mornings".
Fredrika's Glamorous Life from ALNM.
Two Fairy Tales
Happily Ever After
Marry Me A Little
Have I told you lately that I love you, Wildcat?
I'll fly on over and sing you "Vanilla Ice Cream", which I'm listening to right now.
