Well, since I've only been a Bway fan for about 18 months (sad, yes, I know), mine are all very recent:
Wicked (really stands out)
The Producers (original Matthew and Nathan)
Avenue Q (the one with Rod on it)
Little Shop (I love the way the plant looks)
Phantom (the one with only the mask; very simple, but you know exactly what it is)
