Has anyone rushed the Ferryman yet and want to share the details? (Where seats are, how many tickets are available, what time you got there etc) Thanks!

Posted: 10/7/18 at 10:16amWhen I went to pick up my TDF ticket on Wednesday, someone picked up two rush tickets. This was at 5:15. I believe I heard the (very nice) box office woman said they were row A mezz all the way to the side.

Have they announced a rush policy? I just searched and couldn't find one

Posted: 10/7/18 at 8:37pmI rushed the show last week. I was in the orchestra, row E. I believe it was seat 14, but it was all the way to the side and it was VERY partial view. I missed half the stage and really couldn't see any of the house except for the window. Thankfully almost all of the action happens downstage.

Posted: 10/7/18 at 8:47pmI rushed the show yesterday. I went at 12:30 for the 1:00 show. They gave me seat A1 for $40. It was great to be right up close at a show like this. You get to see how incredible a lot of the performances are.

I rushed the same day as Kclahar, Saturday. I got to the theater at 8:30 and was 3rd in line. By the time they opened there were 10 people in line. I bought the first rush seat for the evening and they sat me in Orch row E, I believe, third seat from the left. It is partial view but from house left you only miss the window of the house, you see pretty much everything else. You probably would miss more if you were house right because there are 2 doors and a stairwell on that side where the actors come and go.

Posted: 10/13/18 at 7:42pmI got a ticket to the 1:00 show at 12 today. My seat was K19. They told me it was partial view but I didn’t miss anything. And I have to say this was one of the most powerful things I’ve seen in a long time. I absolutely loved it and thought it was incredibly well acted.

Posted: 10/14/18 at 11:56amI saw it last night and overall I thought it was very good. I was extremely worried about the length after walking around all day. It def kept my attention and I thought it was very well acted. There were some slow parts where I was nodding off but the three hours def flew by. The ending was something else.

Posted: 10/14/18 at 7:39pmI got rush tickets today for the Sunday 3 PM show, I got there at 8:30 and the box office opened at 12. I was the first one there, and there were about 15 people there when it opened. I got orchestra H 4 seats from the far left, do not bad. The view was really good and I was close to the stage and didn’t miss anything.

I tried to get rush tickets Saturday morning. I arrived around 9:50 and was 10th in line. A few minutes after 10 we were told that there were no rush tickets for that day. I don’t believe anyone in line got tickets. The man in front of me said that he had tried on Friday as well and there were none then either. I was able to run to the tkts in Times Square and picked up 2 partial view seats. With the lack of rush and the tkts going to 30% instead of 50%, I think The Ferryman is becoming quite a hot ticket.

Last Wednesday (10/17) I arrived around 11am after my flight was delayed and they had standing room seats for the evening performance (a press night). For a 3+ hour show, standing room was not bad at all with a great view and a banister to lean on.

Rushed this morning (10/23). Got there at 9:25 and was third in line. The next person didn't come until 9:45 and by 10 there were about 8 people in all. Got two tickets for tonight in row L.

Are they still the partial view seats on the far sides? I've heard mixed things about those....

Yeah it's partial view on the far side but I'm hoping for the best. I'll try to remember to report back.

The seats were great! The only thing I couldn't see was one side of the set wall but everything happened in the middle and I didn't miss a thing. Loved the show as well. The only thing I didn't love were the two women behind me chatting during the play- one of them laughed like a barking seal but that's for another topic.

I'm headed to New York this weekend and would love to see this. Are there any recent rush reports, suggested time I should get to the box office and where seat locations have been? I'm hoping to go Saturday morning. Thanks!

A few of us have posted in the previews thread -- I got tickets an hour before curtain, far sides mid-way back in the orchestra seems to be standard. Views are definitely partial but reasonable, depending on how far to the edge you are.

I'm sorry if this has been asked already, but has standing room been offered if sold out? If so how is the sight line for standing room? Many thanks!
