For my $$, I'd choose Spring Awakening and A Chorus Line. Spring Awakening is the new "hot" ticket, and Chorus Line is a classic.

I'd say Spring Awakening and Xanadu. Last season's Best Musical and this season's first musical hit.
I have several names, one is Julian2. I am also The Opps Girl. But cross me, and I become Bitch Dooku!

If it were me, I would go with Spring Awakening and Curtains.
But, A Chorus Line would be right in there in the mix.

If I were from Brazil I would choose the show that most likely won't be done there but is still good.
I would choose Xanadu and Spring Awakening because they are both wonderful shows and Im not sure if they would travel to Brazil

A Chorus Line and Mary Poppins...I absolutely LOVED both of them.

I would say Spring Awakening and, this second choice is going to sound random because I didn't particularly care for it, but I would say Mary Poppins for your second show, just because you say that Les Miz was your fav of everything you've seen so far, and so I think you'd like MP's huge sets and designs and whatnot.

Spring Awakening and Drowsy Chaperone. As stated above, Spring Awakening is the new "hot" ticket. It is a good show. Drowsy is a very good show that will have you laughing the whole time. And some fun music.

I would say Curtains and...virtually anything BUT Spring Awakening. I don't care if it IS the new hot ticket, I couldn't stand it. Yuck!

Curtains or Xanadu. Legally Blonde is fun as well.
"This table, he is over one hundred years old. If I could, I would take an old gramophone needle and run it along the surface of the wood. To hear the music of the voices. All that was said." - Doug Wright, I Am My Own Wife

SPRING AWAKENING and A CHORUS LINE.
"Some people can thrive and bloom living life in a living room, that's perfect for some people of one hundred and five. But I at least gotta try, when I think of all the sights that I gotta see, all the places I gotta play, all the things that I gotta be at"

You must see A Chorus Line.
I would say either see Spring Awakening or Curtains as well.

I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

i agree with uncageg that you should see drowsy chaperone. its just superb!! its not on your list, but i think you should definetely give that one some consideration.
since you have seen les miz i think you should skip that one, there is so much more to see.
enjoy your time in nyc!

Spring Awakening is a MUST SEE!
BTW, I recently saw Mary Poppins with my 6 year old niece. Such a disappointment! Other than a few "special stunts" the show is a huge bore, toooooo long, and highly repetitive. It's as if they sing every single song 2-3 times! Don't bother with this one.
