Foa's Ave. Q understudy?

Was wondering if anyone has seen Barrett Foa's Understudy go on. I think his name is Howie. A friend of mine saw him, and said he was amazing. Any opinions?

His name is Howie Michael Smith and he's great. I've seen him go on twice. Once was his 3rd or 4th time and once was his 8th or so. He was really good the first time and even better the second. He's more similar to Johnny than Barrett is. He's also an emergency cover for Nicky/Trekkie which he did once so far (still upset that I missed that one). He posts the dates that he'll be on on his website when he knows in advance www.howiemichaelsmith.com. He was just on this past Tuesday and doesn't have any scheduled dates coming up as of now

I had the pleasure of seeing Howie on as Rod and Princeton when I went to see Avenue Q a few weeks ago, and having expected good things after hearing a friend praise him, I was definitely not disappointed. I agree with MissNY in that he was fairly similar to Johnny... very cute and quite sweet without making his characters perfectly one-dimensional. I'd love to see him again.
