Off the top of my head anyways!
"You Won't Succeed on Broadway" from Spamalot is an all-time favorite.
“You Can Always Count on Me” from CITY OF ANGELS
“A Little Priest” from Sweeney Todd is my gold standard.
“As We Stumble Along” from The Drowsy Chaperone is a close second.
There are a lot, but the first one that popped into my head was "Coffee Break" from How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. (I say this as a caffeine addict!)

Of course, the obvious song is “Send in the Clowns”.
I mean, duh! It’s got “Clowns” in the title...
I always thought "The Song That Goes Like This" from Spamalot was very funny.

Gotta throw in a vote for the little-known gem "Armanda's Tarantella" from THE GLORIOUS ONES. A commedia dell'arte troupe is invited to France and does a rather salacious routine for the king...it goes about as you'd expect. But man is it funny.

I second this!
Oklahoma and All About Ruprecht from Dirty, Rotten Scoundrels.
"I Was A Shoo-In" and "I Just Can't Wait" (til I see you with clothes on) from SUBWAYS ARE FOR SLEEPING
"Telephone Song" from BYE BYE BIRDIE
"We Could Be Close" from SUGAR
"Miss Marmelstein" from I CAN GET IT FOR YOU WHOLESALE
"You Are Woman, I Am Man" from FUNNY GIRL
"Adelaide's Lament" from GUYS AND DOLLS
"I Cain't Say No" from OKLAHOMA (Christine Ebersole in the '79 revival was truly hilarious)
And by far the best audience response in the theatre for funniest song - I have to agree with PThespian with GYPSY's "You Gotta Have A Gimmick"

In the context of the show, "I am Africa" from Book of Mormon is a riot.

This would have also been my first pick.
I know a lot of people probably didn’t like this show, but every time I see “A Musical” from Something Rotten! it still cracks me up. Love the A Chorus Line dance in the finale of the song. :)

Privilege to Pee - Urinetown
I Speak Six Languages - 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

I always enjoyed Jack Cassidy's rendition of "My Fortune Is My Face" from FADE OUT- FADE IN. And though truly funny and overdramatic its lyricists gave it a satirical spin clearly depicting the expiration date of an aging matinee idol.
Certainly no prude here but hoping no one lists "Paris Makes Me Horny " from VICTOR/VICTORIA. Going by the song's title and listening to the original cast recording one might think it was hilarious on stage but trust me. No one in the theatre the evening I attended was laughing. I'm a great fan of Rachel York but the song was just crude and classless. I had the feeling even she didn't enjoy performing it.
"My girlfriend who lives in Canada" is brilliant.
You might think it would be outdated in 2018 but it is still very much happening! Maybe more than ever before. It seems like with the dating apps it gets very attractive to lead a double life.
It's the recognition from people in my real life that makes it so funny.
