I second Class, A Musical, A Little Priest.
I would also add Bosom Buddies and Gooch's Song from Mame, The Grass is Always Greener from Woman of the Year (maybe the only good thing about that show), Cellblock Tango from Chicago, The King of Old Broadway, Betrayed, Keep it Gay, Heil Myself, Haben Zie, and still others from The Producers, You Gotta Have a Gimmick from Gypsy, Everybody Oughta Have a Maid from A Funny Thing, I Don't Understand the Poor from A Gentleman's Guide, I'll Never Be Jealous Again from The Pajama Game.
Not Getting Married Today from Company! Especially with Matt Doyle! I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard in my freaking life than during that number!
Just a few that come to mind:
AS WE STUMBLE ALONG - Drowsy Chaperone
GIRL SCOUT - Beetlejuice
BAPTIZE ME - The Book of Mormon
IT SUCKS TO BE ME - Avenue Q
FIGHT FOR ME (For the staging) - Heathers
Also, the school bus line before LIFEBOAT in HEATHERS floors me every time.
T*TS & ASS - A Chorus Line
A GREAT NIGHT FOR A MURDER -Stop! You're Killing Me

Within the context of the show “Don’t Lose Ur Head” from Six is quite funny. Even with the milennial/gen z lingo my middle aged parents were laughing their asses off, especially at the climax where Boleyn says “I guess he just really liked my head?” and uses the microphone to mime you what

I know I'm going to sound like a crazy person, but in attending hundreds of Broadway shows over decades, I've never laughed as hard as I did at Gettin' the Band Back Together. The songs don't stand alone as much as some from, say, Spamalot, but I laughed my butt off at "Hava Nagila," "Second Chances," "Bart's Confession," and all of the Mouthfeel moments, particularly "Best Band in the World."
