My mind is at a blank.
I know there is ALL GIRL BAND, CELL BLOCK TANGO, BIG SPENDER and I WANT IT ALL... but what else are some great songs?!

group - more than two, surely? anyway, these are all suggestions that you could expand. i've done what is this feeling with 20 kids as a gang feel, and its worked well. don't be snippy when people are trying to help.

I'd say there are

Duos
Trios
Quartets

And 4-5 + people would be a group number.

oh come on, don't be one of those posters who threadjacks on some semantic technicality. anyway,broadwayboy1939 didn't specify. by groups, i took to mean songs that groups of girls could do, of any size more than one. and like i said, these suggestions don't have to be done as written. and also, i've left off lots and lots of duets that only really work when done with 2.
now, to the job in hand...

cuts of color purple make nice group things - partic our prayer and what about love, miss celie's pants
any of the dreamgirls actual "group" numbers

movie in my mind - miss saigon
the factory girls - parade (i know it normally runs into come up to my office)

i'm sure there are girl only moments in seven brides but i've gone blank
