I want one of faux HURT LOCKER: the musical Playbills! Does anyone have an extra they would be willing to part with?!? I'll gladly pay shipping charges!!! PLEASE!!! I am begging on bended knee!!!
I'm not sure if this is reported elsewhere on here but if you go to the playbill vault website, the hedwig playbill includes the entire and hilarious hurt locker playbill starting at page 11

Is it something they did especially for opening night? Do we know?
The first time I saw the songs, "What's With All These Goats?", "Your Body is The Bomb (Literally)" and "Call Me After Call To Prayer", I was laughing uncontrollably for 20 minutes straight.
Bob, there must be some extra copies around somewhere, especially when the show lets out.

Bob, If I see one when I see the show in June, I will pm you.
Theatregoers at the Broadway premiere of Hedwig and the Angry Inch will receive an extra Playbill, along with the one for the rock musical starring Neil Patrick Harris.
Playbills for Hurt Locker The Musical are being distributed at the show.
Playbill.com seems to indicate that they're being given out to the everyone who sees the show.

Btw, I love:
Music and lyrics by Metallica and Stephen R. Schwartz.
I love the RADA-trained Arab actor with a PhD whose only TV credits are playing terrorists.
"Please be aware this production includes actual bombs and gluten" HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA
The Abdul Batin and Pepper Phillips bios are truly hilarious.
Here's a link, it does indeed start on page 11:

Is this a joke in the show? (Sorry I haven't seen it yet)

I love the How Many Have You Seen section in the back, "Jukebox, The Musical. Container Store, The Musical. Funny stuff. Cannot wait to read the whole thing.
RippedMan, there's an added line in the show about Hedwig performing on the set of the Hurt Locker musical. That's why the scenery looks the way it does.

Oh wow! That is a treasure trove of deeply nerdy, deeply funny, deeply specific jokes. But I think my favorite is the "Luxury" ad for a bar of gold at the end. Perfect.

I like that one of the understudies is named "La Paciencia"...brilliant.
dang. I saw the second preview. hurt locker playbills were not being given out then.
I, too, must have one!! anyone? anyone? thanks. yes, i'll pay.
I saw one of the last previews of HEDWIG. And while some people had them, most everyone around me did NOT. The usher seemed to not know what I was talking about when I asked for one.
When I went to one of the final previews of HEDWIG, they were scattered everywhere in the theatre, about 2 a row. If you get to the theatre earlier, you will probably pick one up. They are just sitting on top of random seats it seems, as if they were "left over" from the final performance.

I emailed the Playbill Store and they are not selling them. The nice person at Playbill said they could be under your seat.
Here is what I got from Playbillstore.com
Hi Angel,
The Hedwig playbills do not contain the Hurtlocker playbill. My
understanding is that was something that you get at the theatre if you
look under your seat but they are part of the actual playbills.

^^brdway411: is your name Angel (mine is) ? Because I emailed them last night too and I got that exact same email response... Spooky!! Unless they've been inundated with requests and it was sent as a mass response?
