the CD version of "COOTIES" is in the End Titles of the movie, the only place this modern track could appear.

One day my associate Lucian (www.myspace.com/revolucian) and I wondered "what song from HAIRSPRAY could we do a up-to-date arrangement of without it being a grotesque bastardization?". So Lucian took the reigns and made a fun, modern pop dance track. That's his friend Aimee Allen singing, she is too die for, a talented songwriter who we were blessed to have sing this for us. She is fabulous.

Can't wait for you to BUY THE CD and BLAST THAT CUT in your car!!! I do, and it is FUN!

I bought my CD at work today (JCPenny's), and it's fabulous. <333 With my employee discount and another 15% for using my JCP credit card, it cost me $9.50.

I was shocked it was already out, and then I realized it shouldn't be... I'll tell them tomorrow.
