How about a dream within a dream and it ends with Victoria Principal waking up?

And then the teacher wakes the kid up at the end and the teacher is Lin-Manuel. And the kid tells him the story and Lin says, no way too unrealistic and then the movie ends with a shot of the snowglobe and inside is Victoria Principal and she's holding another snowglobe with Hamilton stage inside of it.

If I can be serious for a moment, the whole film should look like "Lemonade" more than "Hairspray." Do away with the diegetic conceits of "this is going on here, and this is who's singing." Let it be a freeform, weird, music-video with an overarching narrative, not a complete coherent movie musical.
Sort of like the movie version of "Tommy," I suppose.
