I'm excited by how optimistic everyone is about this show! I'm just a little wary, personally, because the music is a style that typically gets under my skin -- at least based on the snippets on iTunes, and the song that won the Oscar. But it sounds like the book is strong, and I might enjoy the songs more in context.
