I bought tickets Friday morning. I got the confirmation. It says tickets emailed separately. Sunday morning still no tickets. Show is this Tuesday. I fly out tomorrow night.
And I just sent a email to customer service but no response.
I used Telecharge last week, and I received my e-tickets 5 minutes after the confirmation. It couldn't hurt to call them at 212-239-6210.

Will do it right now. Thank you.
Did you check your junk mail?
Other than that, I'd call them, too!
I called. They said i wouldn't receive them until tomorrow. That usually it is a 5 day wait but when you buy on days closer to show day they go out quicker. It is all good. They will now hold at box-office.

I've also realized it's different per show. Sometimes the email came minutes after the order, and other times it was days or a week or two.
They said for high in demand shows it's a method of fraud control. They were very nice on the phone.
Maybe it's a coincidence, but I bought four Telecharge tickets for an NYC trip in a couple weeks. For Bandstand and The Play That Goes Wrong, I got my tickets within a few minutes of buying them. For Anastasia and Come From Away, it took a few days. So it may demand of the show may have something to do with it, as well.
Update: I did not realize the above comment was posted, as I was typing this. My bad haha

I feel like when I bought Dear Evan Hanson it took over a week to the point when I was worried I had missed the email!

This. It seems to vary per show. As mentioned, it seems to be some sort of fraud control.
If the show is within a week, I always pick box office will call. That's what I did for Dear Evan Hansen and Anastasia and I was abLe to skip the long line outside bc the line for will call was almost empty. Afterwards, they told me I can go to the usher to scan my tickets (versus going back outside to line up at the ticket line.)
i have noticed hello dolly tickets take 4-5 days same for Dear Evan Hansen.
