No, you should see the show you want to see, not what gets nominated for the most awards. The awards may have nothing to do with your taste. And out of those you listed only 2 are from this season anyway.
But in order to help you pick a show you should tell us a little more about yourself and your taste in musicals. What other shows have enjoyed most in the past? What is it that interests you about the ones listed? What's your price range (i.e. are you buying full price, do you want to use discounts or even are hoping for rush/lottery tickets)
Otherwise there is no one correct answer, it all comes down to your taste (and budget), and we can help pick the best based on that.

Good choices. I would add Waitress to that list. Fiddler on the Roof or King and I, should been seen as well.

After the Tony awards, there is usually a rush on tickets, so i would NOT wait!

I loved all the shows listed except for School of Rock which I found loud, boring and we left even before intermission (a first for me!)

I loved "Something Rotten", very funny plus it has great cast (Christian Borle, Brian d'Arcy James & Brad Oscar). "Aladdin" is quite entertaining if you like Disney and James Monroe Iglehart is fantastic.

I would say definitely Something Rotten, but I saw Fiddler recently and LOVED it! And if you want to look for any Off-Broadway shows, Daddy Long Legs is one of the best ones right now!!

If you are going to ask people here what to see, you are going to get a many different opinions because we all are different people and have different preferences. It's very hard to help you pick a show when we don't know the types of things you like to see or how much theater you get to see.
On Your Feet - a big plus if you are a Gloria Estafan show
Aladdin - also fun, very big and splashy Disney type show.
Something Rotten - fun but the more you know about musicals, the more you may enjoy it because there are a lot of inside jokes.
Finding Neverland - not a perfect show but has some amazing performances and the general mainstream audiences as a whole love it.
School Of Rock - very fun, young, full of energy

You are more than safe skipping Neverland.
Rotten! and School of Rock are both EXCELLENT. Haven't caught On Your Feet yet but it seems like a safe bet, too.

I enjoyed Finding Neverland. Laura Michelle Kelly is fantastic and worth seeing. I found the show to be fun and would probably pick it over Something Rotten. In fairness, I saw Rotten during previews, and while I liked it, I recommend Neverland to people. I assume Rotten got better by the time it opened, but I never cared to go back and see it again.

Think about adding Waitress to your list. It had a very successful sold out run at ART.

I think the OP was only going to see one show, not several, and she wanted help picking one from her list. Or did I misunderstand? So adding more choices would probably not be helpful.
Btw, I loved Finding Neverland. I have seen all new musicals of the past year (except Hamilton) and it was one of my favorites. While I acknowledge that it's not a perfect show it did what few shows do: I left the theater truly elated. I had been both moved and entertained, and I love the music. I happily recommend it to anyone. It all comes down to taste. So I wouldn't rule it out at all. Looking at the list of options, all of those choices are shows that are about entertainment and a bit of spectacle, not high-brown theater, so it would be as good a choice as any other on the list.
I'd recommend them in the following order, based on how I liked them:
Something Rotten
Finding Neverland
Aladdin
School of Rock
On Your Feet
But like I said in my first post, it's hard to make good recommendation without any further knowledge about the OPs taste... who seems to have disappeared...

It's all about personal preference. My takes...
I would recommend Something Rotten if you enjoy wordplay, have familiarity with Shakespeare and/or musicals in general. One of my favorites, I found it very clever.
I did not enjoy Finding Neverland. Performances were fine. Nothing to write home about. Maybe if you liked the movie?
Found Aladdin to be too childish and shrug-worthy, but I shouldn't be surprised though. While loving classic and new Disney movies, I loathed Lion King the Musical. Swearing off Disney musicals as a result of being burned twice. Performances were good; James Monroe Iglehart was amazing.
I'm scheduled to see School of Rock later this month, but I loved the movie. My assumption is that if you did not like the movie, don't even bother. Rock music also happens to be my favorite genre of music, and I expect that to be a factor to someone's enjoyment of this.
Just to jump on someone else's comment since it's not on your list, Daddy Long Legs is ah-mah-zing.

How often do you get to the city to see shows?
for what it's worth, I think Fiddler may be one of the best shows you can see at a discount right now...even though it wasn't on your list.
