If it weren't college application time, I would be pressing the 'rents to move up that trip to Europe. Though it would never float because we never travel during the winter.

So that means no Dee for me.

Idina must sure be getting a pretty penny.

It amuses me how certain individuals on this board are getting a little antsy due to the lack of "teenybopper" commentary to attack.

Do we know for sure that there was a feud between Kristin and Idina? Or is it just some junk that people made up to give a reason that is more juicy why Kristin left as soon as she did.

Yes, we know there was a fued. Kristin alludes to it in that arcticle a few pages back on the thread.

There was certainly a feud between the two leading ladies. I'm not saying Kristin is to blame for it all. I'm just saying that the girl likes to be the center of attention at all times. From what I've heard, the Tony Awards played a huge role in the feud. And who the hell mentioned her getting out of her contract early?

Idina and Kristin were, and still are, two very different women. In public, they were professional towards one another just as should be expected. But they weren't best friends who used to sit in each other's dressing rooms between shows watching movies together.

Also, like I said earlier, I don't forsee the producers putting Kristin back in the show. She was almost asked to leave the show because of a backstage occurance. And if you must call that speculation, they were mad that she wouldn't extend, so they still have that grudge against her as well.

Oh, my contract comment was a little confusing. That particular comment about the contract was actually not in response to your post, but just in regards to the apparent problems she had with the producers. Per the Kristin article where she mentions that the producers would not promote her for a Tony if she didn't extend. I find that unbelievable of them because she didn't cut out early. She just didn't extend.

I still think they would have her back in a second.

The fued started WAY before the Tony Awards and had nothing to do with who had the bigger role or got best billing. It had to do with off stage hobbies interfering with onstage performances.

Oh, I'm not saying the Tony's were the only thing involved. But it definitely was a factor towards the end of Kristin's contract. And yes, you are right Michael about the other offstage happenings. The Tony Awards just pushed the two even further apart.

Yes. It's not like it was a real secret in the industry. Everyone loves a good cat fight.

But it would extremely disrespectful to both Ms. Menzel or Ms. Chenoweth to air their dirty laundry in public now. It's ancient history, and the ladies have made their peace.

But, hopefully the two will reteam for a revival of LEGENDS in twenty years, and be able to laugh and publically talk about the whole absurd story.

It seems someone knows the "whole story" between Idina and Kristin.

I'm sure people would appreciate it you shared. It's not my place to say whether you should share or not.

Everything is up to you whether or not you want to share.

However, please don't post little "hints" or comments that try to lure us in and tease us. If you are going to post it, post it with the whole story. Otherwise, don't say anything about it.

Yes, please share. I knew they weren't as close as say, Idina and JLT, but I had no idea they had a real fued. I mean, maybe I was too gullible with all those early interviews where they're like, "I love you!" "I love you too!" So that was just me, I guess. Although as sweet as Kristin is, I can certainly see her wanting to be the center of attention, while Idina wouldn't want to be. Interesting...

NOT to mention the fact that he said "I actually think that if most people knew the details of the fued, they would probably side with Chenoweth," which, really, is not only not telling us the whole story so we can formulate our own opinions, but instead, it's automatically pointing the finger at a potential "bad guy."

I see the point I was trying to get across with my last post went way over some of your heads.

You guys, leave it alone! Rumors serve no positive purpose. The answers wont improve your life or the life of anyone else, and the situation of whatever went on may be too complex to even HAVE a definite answer. It's boring, focus on something else.

And written rumors about drugs and such are borderline libel in my opinion and should be taken seriously by the modertors of this board.
