Couldn't have been the Shoshanna news that made me do it because I haven't seen it confirmed anywhere reputable. Oh, and I also don't give a damn. But I did pee and I wanted to share that.

kim, someone on another message board that I know has mutual friends with Shoshana, who has said she's not accepting the role. So you're not the only one she would have lied to.

A close friend of mine is fairly good friends with Shoshana [who I'm sure would appreciate my userpicture, non?] and Shoshana stated in the email that she would DEFINITELY not be taking over as Elphaba, and that she was leaving Wicked in March.
Unless the producers kissed her ass THAT much in the past few weeks, I think I'll go with Sho's email.

yeah, last I was told, ms Sho will be leaving in march and I don't blame her.
