Does anyone know who will star in the cast on the road or if any of the OBC will reprise their roles on tour?

Idina Menzel is doing the first few dates. It says which ones she is doing on the website.

This sounds like it's still in conjecture/wishful thinking territory since there have been no announcements besides Menzel herself, though.

To say "I have no clue" neither confirms nor denies. So who knows. I know people who say they have no clue until negotiations are complete.

But if negotiations are still going, that means Burns is NOT slated for the tour remainder. "Not yet" could be more accurate, but there's no reason to state it as fact.

Picking up after Menzel is also an unenviable position. Burns stated in an interview that she wouldn't have considered taking a standby role at this point in her career except that IF/THEN starred Menzel in her Broadway return. I do wonder if she'd be satisfied with being in Menzel's shadow again, unless the pay is very good or something.

With Jackie performing for If/Then at the BIC concert, does it sort of confirm that she is going to be replacing Idina on the tour? Also I find it funny that Idina just played the same venue last night. Idina should've planned for two nights in Chicago!

Somebody at the concert yesterday asked if she will be touring with the show and she responded with "You never know" and apparently the way she said it was with a hinting voice.
