I'll say Crazy for You since no one has mentioned it, but also add another vote for Ragtime!

If I had to pick one, I'd pick Ragtime. Although, there are a lot of wonderful suggestions in this thread - it's too hard to choose!

Urinetown
Little Shop of Horrors (With at least Hunter Foster if not all the original cast, best show I've seen...not gonna lie)
A Chorus Line (But come september thats gonna happen
)
Hair (PERFECT time for a revival...Iraq should at least be good for something, why not inspire the comeback?)
Rocky Horror

Reworked to some degree, Victor/Victoria would be interesting to produce as well.

I can't wait for the Company revival. I also want Assassins to either reopen or do a national tour. I want to see a professional cast do it.
If Percy Blakeney were in Les Mis....
Percy: Sink me! If it isn't Javvurt!
Javert: Zsah-vair, it's pronounced Zsah-vair.
Pecry: But it's spelled J-A-V-E-R-T Javvurt.
Javert: Repeat after me Zsah...Zsah....
Percy: Oh! Zsa-Zsa! Like the Gabor sister! Well I personally have always prefered Eva.
Javert: (Looks for gun)
