Kiss of the Spider Woman (amazing, moving wonderfuly written piece. I see a revival of it in the future with Cathrine Zeta Jones)

Ragtime and City of Angels come in a close second and third.

I can see them casting CZ-J in the movie version of Spider Woman, too. good call. Does she have the skill and experience to pull it off on stage? I want to go back in time and see Chita. I saw Vanessa. Props to her, but the footage I saw of Chita remains vivid in my memory.

Ragtime for sure. Please, please! Won't someone bring it back?

I would immediately reopen Sweet Charity at the Hirschfeld.

I would also be the lead producer so I could cast the show how I saw fit and Christina Applegate would have a lifetime contract as Charity until further notice.

Also, The Light in the Piazza would have an open-ended run at the Beaumont. Of course, I would cast that show to my liking as well.
