In The Heights...how long will it last? predictions#1

im bored, and yes i know, it's not closing this year..

however, if you could predict, how many years could you see it running?

It's hard to say, all I can say is it will make it through this economis crisis. It has made a fare amount of money week to week and it a fairly cheap production. We can count on it lasting pretty long, also once the tours starts up that will be good for them and there has been talk of a movie.

It'll be around another year at least. It's doing pretty well despite the economy, plus I think the tour will do very well.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

It'll be around for a REALLY long time, maybe it could run 10 years. I don't see it leaving ANYTIME soon.

I'd say about a year. I don't think it embraced its Tony win as much as it could have and now it's pretty much too late to ride on the Tony wave. It is doing pretty decent business though, so I guess we'll see.
