That is wonderful, morosco. A perfect illustration of what I was saying and a wonderful way to revisit Dreamgirls!
I'd like to nominate the following as best line of the day:
"It was one of those arena touring children's shows, so it's not like anyone in the audience was upset over artistic integrity."
I remember during a performance of Dance of the Vampires when the click track stopped working mid production number. It went from a very grand lush sound to a rehearsal piano in an instant. That was when I realized just how important click tracks are.
Ooooh! Morosco! That was so cool to hear! Are there other things like that that exist! I would love to hear them!
