Right now, you would only be able to get the male Bobby version. I would expect that eventually, you would be allowed to choose.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

But will they both be available to license?"
I would expect both will be available to license eventually, but the producer would have to choose between each before buying the rights, as the profit participants will be divided differently (Elliott, new orchestrations/arrangements, etc) for the "revisal." Not unlike how you can license either version of THE ODD COUPLE, or different versions of CABARET.
This does not feel like a LA CAGE situation, where Jerry Herman and particularly Harvey Fierstein felt the 2010 revision of LA CAGE finally achieved what they wanted with the book and made the most sense for contemporary audiences, even if it meant losing the ability to license the original orchestrations. (The 1983 version of the show cannot be licensed anymore)
I just popped over to MTI (holder of the rights) and there are no restrictions (at least published) about securing rights to the original version. Usually, when a show is remounted, restrictions are only placed on anyone else doing the show within a certain radius of NYC. I was denied rights to Grease because one of the tours was going to be in Boston within a month (or so) of our dates. (actually, our previously granted rights were pulled.)
