Posted: 8/13/10 at 1:20amFirst, Billy Elliot; now Jersey Boys. OUCH!! I bet come Sept. Addams Family will be up there, too. And soon after that, Wicked & Lion King. Broadway will be dead by January.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Although I did get an email offering discounts of up to $50 off for "The Addams Family" the other day. Didn't open it 'cause I have no desire to see it.

I predict Addams Family will be up there at some point this fall. The producers were giving out free pairs of tickets to educators (which is how I got to see it through teacher friend). I guess they are hoping to have a lot of school groups?
There was a time, a while back when God of Carnage, Hair, Billy Elliott, West Side Story, South Pacific, Jersey Boys, Wicked, and Lion King were nowhere to be found at the booth. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
