Haven't heard a rumor until today, nor do I know what theatre it would go into. But, the Pirates with Marc Kudisch at NY City Opera sold pretty well. It was PACKED when I went... so maybe it would sell well? Though, prob too soon.
I don't think this is an ideal show for him. Not enough of a singer (Booming Legit Baritone) for the Pirate King and too old and probably can't sing high enough for Frederic. Don't think this is the right show for him. We'll see

Just wanted to add...
Maybe it's Gordon Greenberg's new Pirates! production that played Papermill, Goodspeed and Huntington?

Yes, its possible to appear on 4 talk shows in a single day -- they all air at different times.
THE HOWARD STERN SHOW - airs live on Sirius Radio from 6am to 9am
THE TODAY SHOW - main show is live from 7am to 9am (10am to 11am 2nd show)
THE VIEW - airs live from 11am to 12pm
LATE NIGHT WITH CONAN O'BRIEN - tapes at 5:30pm
He could have even stuck in an appearance on LIVE WITH REGIS & KELLY which airs live from 9am to 10am. He could have done this after his appearance on THE TODAY SHOW.

Posted: 11/14/08 at 1:39pmI don't care how old he is. Let him replace Daniel Radcliffe in "Equus" and just run Act 2. Yum!
