Thoughts? Not sure what I think. Can't really judge much from this...

I can't judge her performance from that, but I can judge the commercial...and I hate it. It's shot like an awful music video.
It's really cheeesey and not flattering for Ms. Sparks...at all.
She sounds good, but yikes. I could have done a better job, and I only have limited experience in film production.
I'm almost positive that the playground they show is not even in washington heights.
Man, SpotCo's gettin sloppy. They used to put so much effort into quality and eye candy.
This might be the worst, least professional ad for a Broadway show I've ever seen.

I still think her voice sounds strained and fluttery. Of course, I'm probably biased.
I think I now care even less about In the Heights than I did before. And I didn't think that was possible.

I haven't seen this show yet, but I really want to. My mom hates seeing shows twice so there is no way I can see it with Corbin AND Jordin. Should I try to catch it before Corbin leaves?
R, I'd tell you to see Corbin/Janet. LOVED them together.

^ Oh trust me, I tried that many times, but she kept freaking out. Last time, my little sister broke my bike the night before just so I couldn't go to the train station.
What the hell? Did Robert Postotnik make this?
Thank you, rmusic, for making me feel REALLY old.
Exactly. Go without your mom.
As a kid, I use to want to see shows again (and again), so my folks would just drop me off at the theatre and pick me up afterwards. I'd have to promise to remain in my seat during intermission, though. This was from age 8 or so in mid-70's Manhattan. My parent's trusted me.
Thanks to this, I can say I saw Bob Fosse's original 1975 Broadway production of CHICAGO about 6 times (when I was 10 years old). My folks only saw it once.

SpotCo did this? BUT they made the amazing Xanadu commercial. I expected much better from them.

Leaving an 8-year-old alone in 1970s Times Sq./Broadway district? Wow...

Haha - sorry. :)
And trust me, if I could go to the city whenever, with my parent's permission, I would, but NJ Transit is NOT cheap.
rmusic, see it before Corbin leaves.
Ugh, it looks like this video was taken by a friend who had a digital camera and she was just practicing on the street.
@Rmusic,
definitely see it with Janet&Corbin& Christopher Jackson.
Christopher is leaving the same week as Corbin.

Definitely go see it before Corbin, Christopher and Janet leave,
