Two thoughts come to mind:
1. She must be bored without American Idol.
2. At least she can actually sing passably. If she can learn to dance and act in the time it takes to rehearse a replacement for a Weissler show, then we'll see how well she does.

Posted: 6/19/11 at 1:05amShe does need the money I guess. I suppose her Bravo gig isn't enough. I really don't think she is meant to be in front of an audience in anything. She is an ok song writter, who got lucky.

She's 40? Really?
I cannot imagine she has all that much name recognition. I can't imagine AI fans (IF they hear about it) running to see her in person. And, as stated above, she can't be worse than Brinkley.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
