King Kong Preview

I am tempted to buy preview tickets for King Kong.  (I am only in town one day early Nov)

 

Am I the only one?

Does a published discount code on Telechargeoffers.com mean that tickets are not selling? 
$109 for orchestra/front mezzanine is almost too good to be true.

I'd recommend what I'm doing, and hold out on buying until first preview reports roll in on October 5. It's not selling like hotcakes or anything. You'll have all of October thereafter to make a decision.

I already have a ticket for the last preview performance. No, it doesn't appear to be selling well, but, obviously, that has nothing to do with whether or not the show will be any good. If you're planning to see it, why not buy now, while you have the best selection of seats?

Which is better--side of orchestra or side of front mezzanine? (only rear center orchestra is available for my date right now)

That's definitely a good idea but I wonder what seats will be by left waiting so long?  Right now center orchestra and center front mezzanine (for my date) are not available.

So, how does this guarantee work?  If I can't get an orchestra/front mezzanine ticket for $40, you will pay me the difference between $40 and what I end up paying?  And when can I try to buy the ticket in October to qualify for the guarantee - and does it have to be for a preview performance?
