although I agree that vocal technique is EXTREMELY important...especially in professional theatre...it is LEGALLY BLONDE..i don't think singing the last note in one song makes or breaks the show by any means

A musical director friend of mine described the final note in "So Much Better" as "almost sideways" as in there is no comfortable way to slide into the note from the previous notes. Lawrence still has him some learnin' to do on that composin' stuff for the female voice.....
