oooooooooh!
That's exciting! YAY Micheal!
But if it's soon I won't get to see it because I will still be here.
I'll just have to wait for something else!

I'm so glad for Michael too!! Out of all the Lennon cast I felt he got the least credit. Michael Potts has such an amazing voice and is a wonderful actor. I want to see all the Lennon cast performing again onstage, they are much too talented to not be working!

i dunno exactly how he met will chase
he just used to live in NYC, and did some stuff on Broadway, so I guess they met some way, or another
yeah, so now we're singing "imagine" in our drama group in honor of Lennon

woooo!! that's awesome. it's such a great an inspirational song.
my brother taught himself himself how to play it on the piano because he loves the song (and the musical) so much.

he's 14. he normally plays the drums, but he's taught himself how to play a few things on the guitar and piano. he only saw the show once...and he's only seen like 3 broadway shows. but he loved it.
the day i saw lennon for the first time, i saw the matinee. i told my brother, sister, and their friend to go see it that night. they did, and they loved it. and then my love for lennon began, and it became a family affair! i kept telling my dad to go see it, but he never got the chance. i know he would have loved it.

I told friends and family to see it too Cathy. Some did, some didn't. No one expected Lennon to be gone so fast. I guess art is imitating life in this respect.

very true.
i also told friends to see it which they did and loved it. and my friend told his teacher to go see it. i'm pretty sure she did.
i think lennon was a piece of art. so many people disagree which is sad. but i'm not losing hope that something will happen again for them, and for him.

Now wouldn't it be cool if the cast could get together for one last time for John Lennon's birthday October 9th? Maybe in Strawberry Fields??

Love the idea of a virtual Lennon Birthday celebration! I have grown to appreciate the man much more since I've seen the show. Am still dreaming of a cast recording...
Still lovin' Lennon and missing it!

Very nice pictures, Harpo! (They nearly killed my computer, but it's all good!) The one of Mandy, Chad, and Don Scardino is really cute.

cathy - It's great that your family loved it.
When I told my family that Lennon was closing, they were like "of course! That show was SO BORING."

a birthday party for John is a great idea! Who's for it? Is there anywhere around Strawberry Fields (i've never been there) to have it? whoever wants to organize it, PM me! I'd love to help.
Keep the spirit of Lennon alive.
