The performance Friday night was cancelled. Presumably to rehearse her understudy for performance.

Her Instagram stories today included a story that said "going to work," a story in her dressing room, and a story outside CITS, taking photos with someone. So I'd venture to guess that she's back.

A friend of mine was at the show last night and confirmed that she was in. (She had less than stellar things to say about the show itself but said Luna was quite good.)
