Curtis from Dreamgirls. I've never seen the stage show, on account of me not being born when it was on Broadway, but in the movie he pissed me off so much.

Call me a masochist, but if I were in a restraunt and the Beales were within eye and ear shot, I'd just watch...they fascinate me.
I will admit, I would run screaming from the room if the cast of Seussical, Footloose, or Les Miz came near me (In character).
EDIT:
And how could I forget Fosca? F-ing bitch...lkajds;fkjasdkl;fjas;ldjf
I find it VERY hard to like Rose from ASPECTS OF LOVE. And Maureen from RENT.
MARK FROM RENT!!!!! He sort of ruined it for me. Oklahoma! is really annoying.
The Judge in Sweeney really has no redeeming qualities.
Everyone in RENT.
And yeah, I can't say that I like anyone in POTO either.

I really don't like the characters from RENT, either. Just go get a job, you bunch of f-cking whiners!
I also really hate George of Sunday in the Park fame. Just go make some art, you brilliant whiner!
Mary f*cking Poppins. Ugh!
And the prosecuter in Parade.
And most of all Marvin from Falsettos. Selfish prick!
Maureen from Rent. (Although I started writing a Rent fanfiction yesterday and suddenly started thinking "hang on a minute, how come none of them have jobs? What do they do all day?" Then had to stop that train of thought because Rent is my favourite musical).
Glinda from Wicked
Pearl from Starlight Express
All of the characters in Chicago
I really dislike the characters in Miss Saigon. I just don't feel anything for anyone in that show. Has nice music, but I have a terrible time sitting through it.

To the person who said Assassins -- you have to admit Sondheim sure did a great job making them all so lovable.
Everyone in Phantom -
But I also love the baddies who are appealing/seductive, like Chauvelin and Javert.
All characters in Hairspray annoy the hell out of me.
And that stupid Sandy in Grease.

I forgot about Mimi in Rent. At the end, I was actually, WANTING her to die. So annoying.
Howard Katz- (His character reminds me of a few people in the biz!!!)) LOL!

The women in The Little Dog Laughed. Maybe it was the writing, but I couldn't really care about what they had to say in their monologues at all.

Ugh, AGREE with Spring Awakening. Most odious leads ever, it totally ruined the music for me.
And I've always though Roger was a whiny bitch, but I think 90% of that is Adam Pascal.
yeah i think you have to make a difference between the characters you're supposed to hate - like javert, madame morrible etc etc. and those you're supposed to like but want to throw out of a moving vehicle.
for me, it will always be the sugary juve leads, like cosette and marius, or the simpering girls of the earlier musicals - many a new day and all that malarky always made me want to tear their hair out.
then it can often be affected by the actor - i saw a terrible mark in Rent and so hated him, but he's my favourite charcter when taken in the context of the show.
then there's those on a cast recording who make you cringe, so that you start to dread the character appearing. i particularly dislike the weedy beth on my recording of merrily we roll along, so i ended up not loving that character.
its hard - there are some characters, say in assassins, that you aren't supposed to love, but then if you have no sympathy or affection for them in some way then you can't care much about the show. and that's important for a director to get right. but we're still allowed to have the thorough baddies, like judge turpin.
