Um, this is the rehearsal band simply giving a barebones presentation of the Oveture. I hope you ARE aware that casts of musicals don't rehearse a show with a full orchestra in the rehearsal studio.

^Yes most of us are aware of that, but for someone that isn't how would they know that from this video? Bad PR.
And most rehearsals only use a piano and not a full "rehearsal band".

Exactly, Tag. My partner and I watched this and wondered the same thing: will it be a combo, small orchestra, full orchestra? The article didn't mention this particular.
