I'm working on a paper/article and figured I'd tap into this great community for a little help. This season has seen heavy use of live video in productions on Broadway (The Cher Show, Network, The Nap, Oklahoma!) and I'm wondering if anyone can think of historical examples of live video used on Broadway. I have a pretty good deal of research/examples of stuff Off-Broadway but I'm buried in results because video (and even "live video" ) is a pretty common boolean for Broadway. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm pretty certain American Idiot had a sequence involving live video of some of the action on stage, though I can't remember the details.

That's one hell of a revision! The original song was sung by characters named Curley and Jud.
