Long time posters who no longer post- Page 3

I used to post on here all the time, spar with Namo over Madonna and devour Margo's posts along with Smaxie's knowledge.

It used to be vibrant and full of fascinating info on here, threads that would go on for 60 or 70 pages and full of information. Now it's kids wanting show curtain pictures, stage door info or merch. Plus the nastiness got way too much on here.

I still check out threads on the board and news each day but not as much as I used to, and I rarely post anymore.

Miss the old days

Fun fact, I'm now freinds with Namo on Twitter, our war ended, nobody died.

SADM2 (though you once had another username I think) was a West End board stalwart, with Scripps and Weez.

I was also thinking of frontrowcentre2, who I absolutely loved! He knew everything you needed to know about cast recordings. He had/has a radio show for Broadway and movie music in Toronto.  He actually messaged me, and we saw the tour of Legally Blonde together. Meeting him, was incredible. I wish him all the best, and wish he was still around...I would love to meet again and chat.

As one who joined when BWW fist started, it as my pleasure to take on the stupidity of many like Namo and FaithPriceFan.

The board has changed - instead of 10 threads on Wicked, we now have 10 threads about stage dooring.

Following up on here with a request for anyone who might be in "real-world" contact with Mr Roxy. Somehow, time has escaped me in recent months, and I did not realize it was mid-summer when he and I last interacted through a few PM exchanges. I messaged him a week ago to check in and he, usually prompt, has not yet responded. I am concerned as he told me earlier this year that he was struggling with his health. I am really hoping he's away from his computer on the Caribbean cruise with his wife he was looking forward to a while back, but would like to raise a flag if anyone here actually knows Roxy.

the loss of some posters moving on are obvious (pal joey) so i wanted to mention one who i don't think has been mentioned yet: fisherman bob. That guy was so hilarious, i hope his fishing trip ends and he comes back. On another note, of current posters, the one who i especially wish posts forever is kad, always an intelligent, classy and informed opinion.
