Does it matter that no show actually had a stellar week? I can't figure out the good and the bad.
Still it is disappointing. I hope it stays open. I know last Saturday night was packed.
I wish every night was like that.

You're right, Erik. However, they weren't doing that well to begin with.

Me too.

Ok, I am certainly not an expert on this, but read one other time on here that you should buy advance tickets.
If they sell enough, maybe they'll stay open. And even if they don't, they'd refund your money so you really wouldn't be losing anything. Unless you had to pay a lot for travel or something.
But at least if they know they're selling tickets for a few months ahead, they'll try to stay open, you know?

Buy the tickets. Advance sales are always good. If the show does close, you can use the refund to get tickets for something else while you're here.

You can't expect anyone to believe that they didn't see this coming. It's September, the tourists are gone.
BlueforBroadway - LOTS of show's had excellent weeks. Chicago, at age 10, played to an SRO crowd. A Chorus Line took in over $700k, which, for a theater like that, is remarkable.
I still believe it'll stick out till New Year's.

It's not a matter of should/shouldn't. It's a matter of how much hope Margo Lion and the Producers have for it. If it's continuously losing money (like usual), then there's no point in keeping it going as early as tomorrow. I'm sure they're still hoping, but continuously losing it.
It's a tax write-off, afterall.
That's Broadway for ya.
