Did you actually read the thread? Seems to be mostly supportive of the casting choice.

And if you're referring to my post, what I said was that I would prefer Olivia Newton-John. That's not a Madonna-bash - it's a Newton-John preference.

I totally agree, Rath! Olivia has the ideal voice for Mamma Mia. Pure, beautiful, strong...I can hear it in my head. Loving the idea.
