I don't know, but I find it funny that even the lead in a movie musical doesn't get top billing.

Well, the actress playing Sophie doesn't get top billing in the musical either, does she?
Donna is the star of the show, especially if played by Meryl Streep.
It's fun how much they make Streep and Seyfried look alike in that poster.

Yeah, and at least Nikki Blonsky had "And Introduction" tacked on. That being said, she was a tiny little speck on the poster, you can actually seem Amanda on this one.

If you notice, the names on the poster are organized by levels of fame. From most recognizable to least.
Streep and Brosnan on top
Firth and Baranski as the bookends,
Sarsgaard and Sayfried
Walters and Cooper in the middle
