I don't post on the Mano thread but, I just had to say that I'm really excited that he added the June 4th date because I'll be in the City then. Now all I have to do is try and convince my friend whose coming into the City to go.

How was the Joe's Pub show?

The show was EXCELLENT.

Mano sang a mixture of original songs and covers. His originals included three that he sang at Ars Nova, and three new songs. He sang The Police's "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic" and Steely Dan's "Peg" as well as some others, one by some obscure band. Merle Dandridge sang "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" with Mano.

It was a great show. Mano was charming, and vocally, amazing. I highly recommend people come to his next gig if they can make it (June 4th).
