I say def go, if its not your cup of tea then at least then you'll know, however, I used to be in the bandwagon of meh, to the music, but it has grown on me. I love listening to the cast album and even though the film they made uses most of the songs, there are quite a few that didnt make the cut, and would be fun to watch it on stage.

As long as the score is almost as good as when Neil Benjamin did Legally Blonde, maybe

I had a ticket to see the tour when it came through St. Paul, but had to give it away to a friend. My friend told me they enjoyed the show quite a bit.

The better question is: what is stopping you from seeing it if you’re interested? If you’re not actually going to listen to the score to decide yourself, you might as well just go and see how you feel at intermission. Worst case, you cut your losses; leave; and get an ice cream with your free time.

Personally, I thought it was pretty meh, but I saw it in previews and the bridge and tunnel crowd around me was treating it like it was Rocky Horror. It felt like an empty-headed attempt to cash in on the movie’s continued popularity and Millennial nostalgia, but some people eat that stuff up. It’s becoming popular in the regional circuit already, so it’ll at least be cheaper than Broadway prices.
