Actually, replacement performers have to CONTRACTED for at least six months. There is no stipulation that they have already had to have performed for six months. Also, there are nominations yet because the the season isn't over yet, so how could there possibly be any. And since it is a new category, the committee is probably not going to announce any eligibility (because it's pretty clear who's eligible). This year is going to be trial and error, so they are probably waiting to see overall which performers have been submitted for nominations.
