I was 18th in the queue and unfortunately for me, struck out - all the November dates my travel party has were sold out (there was literally one seat available). Shame. I'll have to hope for a Broadway transfer.

Most people are not going to be able to get tickets to this which sucks a fat one ![]()
Posted: 10/3/22 at 12:12pm
What an absolute joke, why were people able to buy 8 tickets each?
Posted: 10/3/22 at 12:13pm
Did you click right at 12 or right before? I ended up in the 700s and by then all weekend dates were already gone.

That was a scary rush. I entered as most people at 12:00 and was number 1007. Since so many performances were sold out before this started, so I wasn't sure if I would have any luck. I came across a performance with limited availability- I ended up with a front row seat. Too close, maybe. But better than no ticket at all. I did see Dan in Equus from the front row and I am assuming that he will have a lot more clothes on in this.

We failed too. I guess rush and lottery are our only hope now.

I was in the low 2000 and by the time everything sold out I was at like 500

I was number 550 and discussed with friends that the only way to see this show is during the extended dates between jan 8-21 because all the priority members mostly booked the inital dates already. Managed to get front row tix on our desired date! SO EXCITED!!!

No luck, but the production is eyeing broadway, so I don’t mind holding out for that if I need to.

This is one of the reasons why I got a subscription- 1. I knew tickets would sell out SO quickly. 2. I am actually interested in the other shows in the season.

I wasn't able to get a ticket, had only a wheelchair companion seat available once it was my turn. It's ridiculous that NYTW allowed to purchase 8 tickets from one account, scalpers will surely make sweet profits off this one...

Somehow got 3 tickets together for the last matinee in the fourth row! I was 471 in line.

This, in what universe would you be buying 8 tickers for one party, had it been a pair each way more people would have got a chance, can they just announce the transfer now

Reposting from another thread but…
I couldn’t get tix either. If anyone has a lead on a single ticket for 12/9 or either show on 12/10 lemme know…

Only scenario I can think of is a group of friends/couples. For me, there's 5 in my party. All of us were on our work computers exactly at noon but I ended up having the lower queue number so that's why I ended up ordering the tix.

You could have bought that seat. It was discussed somewhere on here that someone called NYTW about them, and that it was alright for anyone to purchase them, given the demand.

So, amazingly I kept my window opened and got a ticket in the end, for the 23rd of December.
I'm flying across the ocean just for this show, leaving my wife which will be 8 months pregnant for a few days just since this show means so much to me.
If by any chance anyone has a ticket to an earlier date(first week of December) and will like to exchange please PM me, I sort of booked my flight before thinking that getting tickets will be a problem :)

That's not the brag you think it is. Wow.

Struck out as number 320. Every time I clicked the tickets and tried to continue they were gone. Oh well.
Posted: 10/3/22 at 12:41pm
Completely sold out by the time I got in. If anyone has 1 (or 2) tickets available for any Friday or Saturday of the run I would be happy to purchase from them! Thanks in advance!

If anyone panic bought a ticket for a date they can't use now or has an extra I will happily buy it from you for a reasonbile price (will obviously make it worth your while)

I must have missed that piece of info... Still, really upset that unless you've purchased a membership, chances to book a ticket today were close to zero. The cap should've been at 2 tickets, not 8. Scalpers won today.
