What do you guys think would be a good show for her next??? This woman is incredibly talented and versatile.
Thoughts???
I would love to know so I can hurry up and get tickets!
Am I the only one who's not impressed by Michelle?
No, I'm sure there are others out there.

ShbrtAlley44, may I ask why? It's not a problem, i was just curious.
I love Michelle. I hope that she can get a bigger role with her next project.
I just don't think her voice is anything special. And her acting also left something to be desired. She doesn't really go on any sort of journey from innocent schoolgirl to a wicked witch. I don't know.

I think she should play Elphaba one day, when she sings the Wicked Witch of the East number she has a pretty powerful voice.
She certainly isn't given a ton of stage time to bring her character full arch. She's only in about 3 or 4 numbers.

I wasn't very impressed with her either. She was pretty good but i wasn't amazed or anything. I wish her luck in her career though!
She wasn't given enough stage time to really develop but I think she did an amazing job with what she had. Her voice is quite powerful and her acting is really impeccable.
she lives in the same apartment building as a family friend in Brooklyn! haha small world...
anyway, i thought michelle was very very good, and I would see her in another project soon after wicked. And no, she DOESN'T get enough time up there to show what she can do...so we'll see

I wasnt blown away by her, but I thought she did a very good job with the little she had to work with.
The reason you weren't impressed with her acting is strictly because of the horrible writing in the show. Michelle is a wonderful actress (I worked with her many years ago) and what most people don't seem to know is that she has an amazing affinity for comedy...she needs to be cast in a great comedy that really showcases her lovely voice.
I'd love to see her as...I dunno. Maybe Belle? She has a lovely soprano voice. I don't know if she has great comedic timing, but if she does, I could also see her as Penny.
Let's get her in a new show, please.
Michelle is the one thing I liked about Wicked. I hope she goes far in the future
Agree Whatyouown!

I TOTALLY agree with the Penny thing. I never thought of that before!
From what I've heard of her in Wicked, (I've only heard her in the cast recording when she has a small solo in Dancing Through Life) I wasnt astounded but she was definitly very good. It was little parts like when she said the line "And I only wish there were, something I could do for her, to repay her...Elphaba see.." where you could really hear the beauty in her voice. Unfortunately I don't think she was given enough to work with in Wicked and I dont think some of the songs were right for her voice but I'd happily see her in her next project. I'd love to hear more of her.
She's alright.
I've heard she's not a very pleasant person, and in my brief encounter with her, she wasn't as welcoming and friendly as Sean McCourt.
My first thought was Belle in Beauty and the Beast. It looks like others thought of it too :)

She was pretty creepy, I can tell you that. That was really the only emotion I got back from that show... sheer creepiness. But she was good at being creepy! And she had a fine voice from hearing what's in that show. She seemed like a good actress too.
I think she would be goo in Little Women, if she ever got the chance.

As much as I agree with ShbrtAlley44, I think she would be a pretty good replacement for Sutton in Little Women.
