Fool For Love

"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” ~ Muhammad Ali

Totally agree with the shows already mentioned. I'd particularly like to add my vote for Fool For Love. I love both of those actors and can't wait to see them live.

I want to see School of Rock. Linklater is one of my favorite film makers. School of Rock is such a charming film. If I'm clicking around and it's on TV, I have to watch it to the end. Could be a fun show.

Depending on our definition of "fall" HAMILTON and NOISES OFF are my two most anticipated.

Also, KING CHARLES III (for the writing), A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE (for the direction) and FOOL FOR LOVE (for the actors.)

Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

"Whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at Heathrow Airport. General opinion's starting to make out that we live in a world of hatred and greed, but I don't see that. It seems to me that love is everywhere. Often it's not particularly dignified or newsworthy, but it's always there - fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends. When the planes hit the Twin Towers, as far as I know none of the phone calls from the people on board were messages of hate or revenge - they were all messages of love. If you look for it, I've got a sneaky feeling you'll find that love actually is all around."
