I saw Les Liaisons Dangereuses (the simulcast filmed production, next to a woman with HORRIBLE breath and a nephew who is probably gay but she's not ready to hear that yet not to brag about my amazing experience) and it...wasn't great? Or maybe it's just I've seen the film approximately 468 times (I was SUPER popular as a teen and everyone wanted to hang out with me) so this production didn't seem to add anything? It's just the film, sans Glenn Close's bosom and how unsafe John Malkovich made me feel.
Janet McTeer is amazing, but she's always amazing.
[Side question for those excited about Natasha & Pierre: I'm seeing it in November for the first time. For an ideal experience, should I go in completely blank, or should I listen to the cast recording?]
