Well the way I afford Les Mis recordings is buy them, make a copy for myself, then sell them on ebay! In fact I am currently selling 2 of the Japanese casts on ebay.
The reason why the Korean is so rare is because they did the recording without permission and without getting the rights, so Mackintosh demanded that the recordings be taken down from the shelves becuase they were so terrible. I am still interested though. :) It got a D rating in one review online... heh.
http://www.maxmusicals.net has the Mexican cast recording. He gets them from theatres and sells them.
Iceland has a very small population, although I have seen a rent icelandic recording on ebay (I don't own it though)
