I was wondering, at what time do I have to be at the Next to Normal box office on a Saturday morning to GURANTEE rush ticket to either performance? Thanks so much!!!
The word is that you need to be there by 6am. But there is never a guarantee.
Well, 12:01am would almost guarantee a seat :P.

With the rush tickets the policy states Subject to Availablity(sp) so does that mean if company members want seats(like house seats) that they would get Front row and they wouldn't sell front row for rush?
Sadly, the recommended arrival time is 4-6 AM. And you still might not get a front row seat.

A few times during previews, they gave out side orchestra seats instead of front row for rush. Someone said it was because they gave critics the front row (although I'd think they'd want critics farther back to see the whole set). Also, I know of at least once more recently where the first 6 or 7 seats in the front row were not given out at rush... rush seats started with AA 107 or 108.

So, for the most part, rush seats seem to be front row and box seats. However, there is no guarantee.

If rush isn't all the front row row would they give other seats to get to the 28 seats like side iorc or mezz?
It is totally up to their discretion. They don't have to give out any. There is no steadfast rule.

They did the time I was there. Unfortunately, the seats they gave weren't as great as the front row because they were way off to the side (i.e. B 7&9, C 7&9).
we got there a little before 4am and were the first people on line. 15 minutes later a couple others showed up. a line definitely started between 4:30/5am. this was on saturday. not sure what time it filled up but by 7am the line looked like it had to have been full.

When I went last Monday I got there at 5am and was 5th in line. They gave out front center, front sides and boxes. The last people that got tickets got there at maybe 7am.
Crazy. I'd be falling asleep during the show if I had to be up that early to get tickets.
