I think so too but I wanna know for sure, they announced every other elphaba like 1-4 months in advanced.

Omg! where did u hear that from? That is such crap. Wicked is the top: grossing, selling, seat filling and anything else. it is the top musical on Broadway.

Oh yeah. And I also heard Ross Perot will be playing Glinda to his Elphaba. There's a match better then Chenzel. And if you leave your playbill on the stage, not only will he pull a Patti and kick it in your face, he'll also take you backstage, murder you, and tell the audience that he'll do everything in his power "to find the killer".

So I didn't want to start another thread on this and I'm just letting everyone know in advance that I don't have a written source, but I work for Wicked and I know the big question has been who is replacing Kerry and Kendra. The answer is Marcie Dodd and Alli Mauzey. Also, I'm pretty positive that Richard H. Blake will take over as Fiyero in the national tour.

Alli Mauzey will take over. Marcie takes over as a temp, because the new girl isn't available. When I say new I mean NEW NEW, she hasn't been in the show or on Broadway before. Laura Woyaz will take over for Katie Adams as the Glinda Standby. Julie current standing is unknown.

This mystery new Elphaba has been on Broadway before, just never in Wicked. I am praying that it is Kate Shindle. My dream would come true if that happened. I am anxious to find out. They never announce anything! lol

I would've been thrilled if it was Julie, but am also kind of excited and surprised they're bringing in someone brand new.

So as for Alli Mauzey... she's staying longer than 2 months? She's not just a temp like Marcie.

I'm just happy they are giving a Newby a shot. I mean, They have recycled Eden and Dee and Erin and even Megan (though i love her glinda) to the point it's like...Get a new take on the role already...and kate shindle would be a great elphie, although, i could see orfeh doing it too...

The girl replacing Marcie is not Kate Shindle.

This person has been on Broadway once previously, but their career has mostly been in television.

legally_popular, Alli Mauzey is a permanent replacement.
