I not too fond of the Hair artwork... it just feels off.
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu
You're the BEST, Jay - Many thanks!
Lookin' good fellas! The feeling is mutual I'm sure Obviously it's a slow period right now but expect a whole slew of new ones once this season gets underway. I'm lookin forward to seeing what we get for TALE OF TWO CITIES next month
"I wash my face, then drink beer, then I weep. Say a prayer and induce insincere self-abuse, till I'm fast asleep"- In Trousers
I don't like the Hair artwork. I see the mohawk, but it looks more like one of The Little Mermaid creatures.
Looks great!
The hair artwork somehow reminds me of a poster for GREASE.
OFF-BROADWAY:
Buffalo Gal
The Plant That Ate Dirty Socks
The Marriage of Bette and Boo

A Tale of Two Cities

the tale of two citites one is hideous!
^ I agree
i third that notion. i want to be a graphic designer (one of my options) and could do so much better than that. heck, my bro is in middle school could do better than that. i do not know what the producers and creative team are thinking putting that cra* on a playbill as their logo. The horses on the marquee would be a step up from this. This production isn't starting out on the right foot.
I made this one for "9 to 5".

I was just about to post.
Love 'em.
I also have to agree about the Tale of Two Cities one. The least they could do is eliminate that horrible shadow!
A Tale of Two Cities, eh, it excites me about as much as the thought of the musical.
But the newest four, awesome! Thanks J*
LOVE All My Sons and The Seagull.
The Equus logo is still brilliant.

I'm not sure I like the use of the headshots for All My Sons, but I do like the design of it. Very vibrant and stark.
I think the reason theyre using the all my sons headshots is because those four actors are the show (at least in this case) and so why not put them on it? Off topic question but since the four of them are above title come tony time are they all eligible for leading or will they petition differntly? And i love the eqqus logo.
I think [tos]'s should be a Playbill, inside a Playbill, inside a Playbill...inside a....
I think Hair is the most hideous out of this bunch. I don't see the problem people have with A Tale of Two Cities. That's been the official logo since, at least, 2002. Maybe I'm just used to it.
I'm surprised All My Sons has such a nice playbill, I was expecting something more along the lines of A Man For All Season's one.
Love it though!
